It's likely that the company's management and employees can't even imagine how much money this is in a Eastern European country. Yes, here you have to work for 10 months for this. I completely lost the money and the company wasn't willing to help in any way. I didn't receive any guarantee for the product, moreover, the product is too large and expensive, so it's impossible to sell. This company ruined one person completely, which they were not willing to understand. The company was dismissive in every aspect. I didn't receive any help whatsoever. Of course, rich people can't even imagine what it's like when someone spends almost 1 year saving up and then loses everything. I hope the guilty conscience speaks to the dear billionaire company owner and they are willing to refund my money.After this incident, I will never order anything from China.

We're sorry for your bad experience shopping online. But the goods are transported using CIF trade terms, so the destination port charges should be paid by the buyer. I reiterate that we cannot know the amount of the destination port charges until the goods arrive at the port. Secondly, we are a company that sells solar panels, not a company that transports goods. We only help customers transport goods and do not make profits from it. We charge customers as much as our freight forwarders charge us, and even the fees we charge are not enough to cover the ocean freight.
